Deborah Schilling of Willam Raveis joins Chris to talk about the real estate market on Cape Cod. Many people moved during the pandemic to attractive locations like Cape Cod, causing the real estate market in those areas to soar.

February statistics show that the number of homes available on the Cape Cod market is down 77% from last year and that homes are selling for approximately 25% more. The best chance for the highest rate of return is a decluttered and modernly decorated home.
