Chris, Jeff, and Cathi talk about the book “The Millionaire Next Door” and the difference between Wealth and Affluence. Wealth represents accumulated assets, whereas affluence is a lifestyle based on a high income. Wealth can be inherited or earned through a disciplined savings plan for people of any financial means. Affluence can be lost due to overspending, or loss of employment and/or other income.
