They discuss the goals of the Compact, examples of ways the Cape Cod community benefit from these trusts, land trust advantages, and a new state income tax credit for those who donate eligible land. Chris finishes the hour discussing the jobs report, the employment rate, and Boomers getting entrepreneurial with 401Ks/IRAs to start businesses.
