Chris welcomes Kristin O'Malley, President and CEO of the Cape Cod Foundation. She discusses the 6 different types of funds that are offered at the Foundation.  They describe in detail one example; a "Donor Advised Fund."  The Foundation focuses on engaging families from different generations in philanthropy.  Kristin also shares with the audience their work with community/civic leaders and understanding the needs within each community. In the second hour, Chris and co-host Ryan Hill from AMR discuss planning and the Federal Reserve announcing a slight change in the Federal Funds rate.  Mike Burton from Slade Mortgage calls in and joins the show.  They discuss long term rates, the bond market,  and home equity loans.
